| 4 | After successful submission of the application, click on “Save as pdf “ button.This will generate system generated application form in .pdf form. Take out a print for future reference |
| 5 | While applying online, do not use the "Back" button on the tool bar of your browser as it will reset page and data shall be lost. Use the links and buttons available on the page to move from one page to another. Further, when you have completed applying online, close all the open browser windows. |
| 6 | Please confirm the data entered is correct in all respect and then only click the submit button |
| 7 | Students from affiliated schools only will be considered for admission as per C.B.S.E. rules |

E. Instruction for uploading photograph /marksheet and E-receipt

| PHOTOGRAPH SHOULD BE TAKEN IN PROPER SCHOOL UNIFORM | |
| 1 | It should be coloured, recent, passport sized picture. |
| 2 | It is preferable if the picture is taken against a background which is white or any other light colour |
| 3 | Any sorts of caps or hats or even dark glasses are not allowed. Religious headgear is acceptable in case if it is not covering your face. |
| 4 | Attested Photo copy of the Report Card of Class IX Final and class X Half-Yearly or Class X Halfyearly certified by parents/guardian (In case report card is not available)showing the marks, School’s name, Candidate’s name and class. ( Mandatory ) |
| 5 | Scan copy of E-Receipt of payment made at SBI Collect( Mandatory ) |
| 6 | Scan copy of candidate aadhaar card( Mandatory ) |
| 6 | The file size should not exceed 100kb. You must adjust the settings of the scanner like number of colours, DPI resolution etc, while scanning. |
